An arena proposal should be read as a set of claims that can be checked separately. Identify the proposed venue, who controls access, whether the announcement describes an existing arrangement or a future plan, and which organization has made the statement.
Foley’s June release describes T-Mobile Arena venue rights and a proposed practice and player-health campus. Those are different elements of its stated platform. The release is a bidder statement; it is not a league selection notice.
Questions for future reporting include whether venue commitments are documented, what changes are proposed, who would pay for them and which approvals are still needed. Those questions are our reporting agenda, not assertions that a particular arrangement exists.
A useful comparison gives every group the same fields and leaves missing information visibly unanswered. It should not convert promotional language into verified capacity, financing or approval. We will add those details only when a source supports them.
